UX Designer
Hello, nice to meet you! 👋
Hi, I'm Elizabeth Jarrell, but feel free to call me Lizzy! I’m a UX designer with a curious spirit and a love for learning, passionate about creating simple, joyful experiences that make people’s lives easier. I was drawn to study UX due to the combination of creativity, empathy, and technology. I really love how I can create things to help people have an easier and more useful life.
I’m currently a junior at Purdue University in Indiana, majoring in UX Design with minors in Psychology, Design & Innovation, and Communication.
I have always loved being creative and problem-solving.
Some hobbies I enjoy in my free time are painting, traveling, photography, and videography.

My Design Process

My design process is flexible and agile, allowing me to adapt and improve at each step. I start with Discovery and Research to really understand user needs and the project's context. Then, I define key insights that guide me into the Ideation phase, where I brainstorm different creative solutions. As I move into Prototyping and Testing, I keep collecting user feedback and make adjustments, often going back to earlier steps to ensure my designs stay aligned with new insights and goals. This approach helps me create user-centered solutions that are adaptable and effective, leading to a Final Design that exceeds expectations.
